About the position

Own end-to-end menu management for Saucy! by publishing and maintaining menus, pricing, offers, and promotions across all ordering channels. Configure and maintain core back-of-house (BoH) systems—including menu mappings and depletion behaviors to protect order integrity and reporting accuracy. Execute new and existing restaurant setup across required systems, support aggregator onboarding and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and publish menus, pricing, offers, and promotions across all ordering channels (POS, Kiosk, Web/App, digital menu boards, and third-party delivery).
  • Gather menu requirements and coordinate timelines with Marketing, Ops, Product, and QA; validate readiness prior to go-live.
  • Execute post-deployment menu validation (store sampling, order-path testing, price/promo checks) and coordinate to identify and resolve launch issues.
  • Maintain change control for menu/price/promo releases (documentation, approvals, testing evidence, and rollback considerations) to reduce incidents and protect order integrity.
  • Configure and maintain BoH systems and tools, including BoH configuration and upkeep.
  • Own menu mapping and depletions behaviors for order integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Lead, implement, and maintain all BOH needs such as taxes, fees, projection and inventory traits for in-restaurant and digital platforms
  • Execute store setup and configuration for new and existing restaurants across required systems; support go-live readiness and stabilization.
  • Manage employee setup and transfers using Yum systems and processes.
  • Manage aggregator onboarding and ongoing support; ensure menus and store configurations are aligned and functioning.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot aggregator menu/order issues in partnership with integration teams and vendors.
  • Participate in project meetings, daily scrums, and planning sessions to represent Menu/BoH readiness and risks.
  • Act as a Menu/BoH subject matter expert, advising teams on system behavior and integration dependencies.
  • Serve as an escalation point for production quality issues in partnership with the customer helpdesk.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in restaurant technology operations, menu/data management, POS/BoH administration, or related multi-unit retail/restaurant environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of menu data concepts (items, modifiers, taxes, pricing, dayparts, channel availability, and promotion logic).
  • Ability to troubleshoot cross-system issues spanning configuration, data, devices, and integrations (including third-party delivery aggregators).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and comfortable working in ticketing/work management tools; strong documentation and change control habits.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and external vendors; high attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Knowledge of database structures

Nice-to-haves

  • Hands-on experience configuring or operating BoH systems and tools is a plus.
  • Experience supporting store openings, store setup/configuration, and stabilizing post-go-live issues (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
